Todolet collects no personal data whatsoever. Specifically:
All tasks you create are stored exclusively on your own device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server. If you uninstall the app, your task data is permanently deleted.
We do not use any advertising networks, analytics platforms, crash reporters, or data brokers.
Todolet does not knowingly collect data from anyone. As we collect no personal data at all, Todolet is safe for use by people of all ages.
As we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to provide, correct, or delete under UK GDPR. If you have any concerns, contact us at support@todolet.app and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Todolet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that your task data will never be lost. As data is stored locally, we strongly recommend maintaining your own backups.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chris Naylor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Todolet. Our total liability shall not exceed £0, as Todolet is provided free of charge.
We may update, modify, or discontinue Todolet at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide ongoing support, updates, or maintenance.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
